"Money Matters" Bishop Fred Bentley

Bishop reminds us that Man has put great value in money. It seems the more money you have the more status quo you have. But we need to learn money comes and goes, but our love for God should be ever present. The people of God are allowing something we don’t always have {money} to supersede what has always been there, our Father God. God is calling us to do better, to walk in obedience so that we may operate in ministry how God intended us to so. We are living in a poverty stricken state of mind. God has said, if you will release it, He will return it back onto you.

Bishop explains that God does not need your money. God needs your obedience. If you fail to bring the tithes and offerings you will find yourself falling away from faith and spiritually dying. Money affects your spiritually and your physical wellbeing. But the love of money is the root of all evil. The love of money can break up a happy marriage. The love of money can cause siblings to never speak again. As Saints we should NOT love money.

Bishop says to receive the life of a giver; you must live the life of a giver. The more you give, the more you’re going to receive.
